The 10th Lamborghini World Finals at Vallelunga marks the end of the 2023 Super Trofeo Europe, Asia, and North America season.
This edition set records for both the number of cars registered and the attendance, with the announcement that the World Finals 2024 will take place in Jerez de la Frontera.
The Lamborghini World Finals celebrate the world of Lamborghini motorsport: 15 Lamborghini Essenza SCV12 and the Huracán STO SC 10th-anniversary edition were present in the Vallelunga paddock.
The tenth edition of the Lamborghini World Finals concluded at Vallelunga with a record-breaking event attended by over 10,000 spectators during the weekend. The large crowd that gathered at the Roman track during the 5-day event not only had the opportunity to witness 12 scheduled races with over 90 registered cars but also admired the 15 Lamborghini Essenza SCV12 hypercars, arriving from all over the world, showcased in four dedicated track sessions that alternated with the Lamborghini Super Trofeo races.
Throughout the weekend, the pit-lane and paddock of the Roman track transformed into an exhibition celebrating 10 years of Squadra Corse. The most crowded garage of the weekend was set up with the LMDh SC63 model that will debut in the upcoming season in the FIA WEC and the American IMSA Sportscar Championship. Alongside, the 15 Essenza cars present at the event were viewed by the public when not engaged in on-track sessions, while 39 Teams from around the world found space to support the Super Trofeo EVO2 cars racing with Hankook tyres.
On Saturday, November 18, the doors of the ACI Vallelunga conference centre opened for the Gala Night that crowned the champions of the continental series. During the evening, announcements regarding the 2024 sports season were made: Jerez de la Frontera will host the 11th edition of the Lamborghini World Finals between November 21 and 24; a return to the Iberian track after the 2019 edition. Lamborghini Factory Drivers Andrea Caldarelli and Daniil Kvyat also took the stage, officially confirmed in the crew that will race the IMSA and WEC on the Lamborghini SC63.
Furthermore, welcoming teams, drivers, and partners at the entrance of the Congress Centre was the Huracán STO SC 10th-anniversary edition. The unique one-off Lamborghini Opera Unica equipped with a new Performance Kit, developed by Lamborghini Squadra Corse, was presented the same week as the event.
November for Automobili Lamborghini also means Movember. The association with the aim of globally informing and raising funds to finance the treatment of certain male health issues had a space during the event in a booth set up in collaboration with Gillette.
The Lamborghini World Finals 2023 at Vallelunga were also certified as a sustainable event for the first time by TUV Italia: The event obtained UNI/ISO 20121:2013 certification. The sustainable management of the event covered various areas of focus: from waste management encouraging selective waste collection, to reducing emissions from staff mobility thanks to electric scooters and golf carts. There were numerous collaborations activated with local companies for catering management, providing organic beverages and locally sourced food. Additionally, over the three days of races, a meal recovery programme was initiated in collaboration with the Food Bank of Rome to be then donated to the parish of San Giovanni Battista. Great attention was also paid to the materials used, minimising packaging and single-use plastic items, replaced with bio-compostable cutlery and recyclable aluminium containers.
