Lamborghini Is Top Employer Italy 2022  

For the ninth year in a row, the Top Employers Institute has awarded the “Top Employer Italy 2022” award to Automobili Lamborghini. 

The automotive giant’s welfare policies are well known. Lamborghini strives to put its people at the heart of its strategy with particular attention paid to the areas of Wellbeing and Diversity & Inclusion. The company’s signature Lamborghini Feelosophy program, for example, is an exclusive array of activities and initiatives aimed at promoting employee growth and at caring for their physical and mental health.

The award comes at an especially significant time for Lamborghini, which is working on hiring and training plans that will span the next ten years, following the “Direzione Cor Tauri” roadmap to steer the company toward electrification.
