Revuelto’s debut at Chengdu Auto Show

Revuelto, Lamborghini’s first V12 High Performance Electrified Vehicle (HPEV), made its debut in Chengdu, after its sensational APAC premiere at the Auto Shanghai this April. The hybrid super sports car is a renewed commitment to sustainability and technological innovation and a showcase of the raging bull genes of the Italian marque with its industry-leading performance, cutting-edge on-board technology and driver-centred experience. The hybrid system blends typical supercar thrills with the serenity of electric motoring, enhanced by a brand-new 12-cylinder internal combustion engine with three electric motors. The V12 plug-in hybrid supercar, joined by the super SUV Urus Performante and the Urus S, formed the stunning line-ups and made a powerful presence to the audience, with their signature Italian design and top-of-the-line performance.

The dealer roadshows across the nation will be kicked off right after the Chengdu auto show (CDAS), giving our enthusiasts the opportunity to appreciate the flagship super sports car up close and feel its charm for themselves.” 

The Revuelto honors the Lamborghini tradition and ushers in a new era even in its exterior design, making it a signature member in the new generation of Lamborghini supercars. The iconic V12 is highlighted by being on full display in the rear with a recurring Y-theme in its headlights and taillights, its large side air intakes as well as the center of the dashboard.

In the Revuelto, the concept of the carbon fiber monocoque is taken to a whole new level by extending it all the way to the front end, creating a monofuselage that looks to aeronautics for inspiration. The interior also blends aerospace elements with the “Feel Like a Pilot” concept in mind, making the cockpit an empowering station for the driver. The futuristic environment creates a seamless connection between driver and machine, while exclusive hexagon-shaped elements both pay tribute to the past models and invite brand-new functional features.

In early July, Lamborghini Esperienza Avventura landed in China for the first time, where customers were engaged in an authentic driving activity with the brave spirit of Lamborghini and its Super SUVs delivering the ultimate lifestyle experience. Guests traveled in the Urus Performante across varying road conditions in the southern Gansu province, showcasing the Super SUV’s powerful terrain-conquering abilities and adventurous spirit, and highlighting the brand’s bold genes both in terms of the different landscapes crossed by the Urus Performante and the highly adventurous nature of the event.

Born from pure Lamborghini DNA, the Urus S is an evolved version in design and exclusivity, revealing an enhanced perception of luxury. Boosting six drive modes plus EGO mode, it provides the most versatile, comfortable and sporty Super SUV experience on any terrain and road. The Urus S on stage boasted a paint in Grigio Telesto, a customized colour from Lamborghini’s exclusive customization program Ad Personam. The program aims at helping customers who want to create their cars in line with their personality and gives shape to every desire through the choice of infinite combinations, from colors to materials, from the seat logo to the initials embroidered inside the passenger compartment.
