The Lamborghini Countach debuted at the Geneva Motor Show in March 1971, and it immediately became a legend thanks to its futuristic design that seemed out of a science fiction movie. In fact, its appearance was so striking that the Countach LP 400 S appeared in the movie, The Cannonball Run. All the way to the new LPI 800-4, the Countach has held a special place in the hearts of aficionados all over the world.
As the first off-road vehicle with luxury finishings and astounding performance delivery, the Lamborghini LM 002 is the precursor to the modern Urus. It made history between 1986 and 1993 with its tubular chassis, otherwise typical of race or sports cars. The LM 002 is still in automotive fans’ memory as an extraordinary vehicle capable of taking on off-road terrains as easily as highways.
Before the iconic V12 exits production at the end of 2022, it’s worth remembering the four-wheeled legends that have contributed to making the Lamborghini name so unique.
