Interview on the move: from the desi experience to the aventador body in white

Mirko’s adventure at Lamborghini began as part of the DESI project (Dual Education System Italy), an educational initiative launched in 2014 with the aim of training qualified technicians and combining the world of education with the world of work.

Thanks to this experience, Mirko had the opportunity to acquire new skills in the automotive sector, but above all to grow both personally and professionally, interacting daily with trainers and tutors who passed on to him the desire and passion essential for this line of work. Following an experience in the assembly of the Urus, Mirko is currently in charge of quality assurance and reworking on what is called the Body in White.

When Mirko first joined the company in 2017, he was immediately fascinated by the automotive world, and this passion led to his determination and desire to learn. In his spare time, however, he prefers to take a break from cars to devote his time to cycling and skiing.
