The GT3 EVO2 is modeled after Huracán STO, with which it shares important design elements, rear-wheel drive only, and a naturally aspirated V10 engine. But this latest Huracán GT3 is a creature of its own, featuring innovations that optimize performance in endurance and sprint races. Advanced aerodynamic solutions, a new engine intake system, and an updated braking system are among the many improvements. In addition, the carbon fiber bodywork presents a muscular design created in collaboration with Lamborghini Centro Stile.
Born for the track, Huracán GT3 EVO2 fully complies with the new FIA 2022 technical regulations and will make its circuit debut at the 2023 Daytona 24 Hours.
“The new Huracán GT3 EVO2 is not simply an evolution of the current car,” says Giorgio Sanna, Lamborghini Head of Motorsport. “It’s a new project that reinforces the technological transfer between Lamborghini’s motorsport division and the company.”
Deliveries to customers will begin in the second half of 2022.
