1. APPLICABILITY OF THIS PRIVACY NOTICE
Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. (“Lamborghini SpA”) and Automobili Lamborghini America, LLC (“ALA” and, together with Lamborghini SpA “Lamborghini,” “us,” “we,” and “our,” as the context may require) are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information.
This General Privacy Notice (this “Privacy Notice”) is being provided so that we can provide you with information about our information collection and use practices. This Privacy Notice covers all information collected and used by Lamborghini, as follows:
- Information that we collect from you when you visit the websites we own and operate, including www.lamborghini.com and www.lamborghiniallaccess.com (throughout this Privacy Notice, we refer to these sites, along with any other websites we may own and operate – such as the Lamborghini car configurator and dealer locator sites – as the “sites”);

This Privacy Notice also covers certain information collected and used by our authorized dealers, as follows:
- Information that you submit through our dealers’ web pages;
- Information that you provide to our dealers in person when creating a customer account;
- Information that you provide in connection with your interest in, purchase of, or servicing of a Lamborghini-branded vehicle from or at an authorized Lamborghini dealer; and
- Information that you provide to dealers in connection with test drives, dealer vehicle loans, and dealer-operated events.
A Note About Our Dealers:
As noted above, this Privacy Notice applies to some of the information that you provide to us through our dealers. For example, you may submit information through a dealer web page, or when visiting a dealership and creating a customer account. The information you provide is then shared to our customer relationship management system, known as LamborghiniKEY. At the time you provide this information, we provide you with a link to this Privacy Notice, and give you the opportunity to consent to the use of your information for marketing purposes when required by law.
However, please note that his Privacy Notice only applies to information that is collected by dealers in the circumstances described above that is shared to LamborghiniKEY. Our dealers may collect, use, and share your personal information in other ways, and we do not and cannot control their collection, use, and sharing of information. For more information about our dealers’ privacy practices, you should review any additional privacy notice posted on the applicable dealer’s site, or ask that dealer for more information.
A Note About Connected Services and Mobile Applications:
Certain of our vehicles include hardware and software that provide connected car services (“Connected Services”). If you use our Connected Services, you should also refer to the Connected Services Privacy Policy for your vehicle, which can be accessed through your vehicle’s Connected Services dashboard.
The Connected Services Privacy Policy applicable to your vehicle will provide additional information about how we collect, use, and share information collected through the Connected Services.
In addition, we offer a mobile application that works with the Connected Services called the Unica App. We may from time to time offer other mobile applications that provide our customers and others with additional functionality and features, such as our Track & Play App. These and any other such mobile applications will be subject to additional privacy notices included with the application.

As part of doing business, Lamborghini and its dealers collect and process personal information. Personal information refers to information that we can use to personally identify a specific individual. 3. THE SOURCES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

- Directly from you when you interact with our dealers in certain ways, such as when you submit inquiries through a dealer web page, use the Lamborghini car configurator, or use our new and pre-owned dealer locator features;
- From our dealership network, when you purchase products and services, participate in test drives, create a customer account while visiting a dealership, or otherwise express interest in Lamborghini products and services;

4. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use the personal information we collect for the following business and commercial purposes:
- To process orders for and deliver vehicles;
- To manage our relationship with vehicle owners;
- To communicate with and provide services to our customers and prospective customers;
- To respond to your questions and requests such as requests for product information;
- To perform and record warranty service;
- To provide notice of recalls or service actions;
- To coordinate event participation, vehicle loans, and vehicle test drives;
- To provide Connected Services (including access to any associated mobile application(s));

As noted above, we and our dealers may use your personal information to engage in direct marketing efforts (such as sending promotional materials, either electronically or through the mail). 5. HOW WE SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may share personal information as follows:
- Lamborghini SpA and ALA share information in order to manage customer and prospect relationships and for other business purposes consistent with those disclosed above.
- We and our dealers share information for sales and customer service purposes and for other business purposes consistent with those disclosed above.
- We share information with our service providers (who are not considered third parties for purposes of the CCPA), such as our contact center, in the ordinary course of our business relationships with those parties. This may include disclosure to companies belonging to the Volkswagen-Audi group, to which Lamborghini belongs, and/or Lamborghini’s sales and service network (such as branches, importers, distributors, dealers, service centers, banks, and insurance companies) and/or our program and event partners.
- For Connected Services, we share personal information with the service providers providing both the telematics services and the requested services (such as Agero for roadside assistance, or Spotify and Amazon for infotainment applications).
- We share information with analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) so they can help us evaluate our websites’ performance.
When we disclose personal information to third parties in the circumstances noted above, we enter into agreements with those third parties that describe the purposes for which the personal information may be used and that require the third party to keep that personal information confidential.
