Automobili Lamborghini Is Top Employer 2024
Automobili Lamborghini received the Top Employer Italia certification for the eleventh year in a row. The certification is awarded to companies that demonstrate particular care and attention toward their employees with dedicated policies and initiatives.
For the eleventh time, Automobili Lamborghini has demonstrated its dedication to its employees through programs dedicated to their physical and mental wellbeing and policies that safeguard the work/life balance of individuals, as well as particular attention toward diversity, equity, and inclusion. The certification comes right on the cusp of the approval of Lamborghini’s Direzione Cor Tauri Development Plan, which represents the most significant Research and Development investment in the company’s history and includes the planned hiring of at least 500 people.
